Update: The Camera did publish Rob's letter, but on the web only. Please see Erika's comment below. Article below has been updated.
I offered to publish Rob's letter the Daily Camera turned down put on the web only. He instead sent me the below and asked me to publish this. So here it is:

Subject: RE: if you want equal time
In 2007 you were giving out letter grades to candidates and gave me a "D" or something like that -- whatever the lowest letter grade was -- showing blunt disregard for the effort and suggesting my material and work as an activist had no substance to speak of --
I did make substantive points about the variety of issues at stake;
my material is always thoughtful and many have acknowledged this,
regardless of their stance on these issues --
when I responded, you first put the response in some obscure location on your website rather than adjacent to the letter grades, so what was the point of me responding?
If you want my 'equal time' response; this is it -- if you have integrity, print it as is --
below your blog so people can see it directly --
do what the DC can't, and you will win my vote for city council campaign blogger --
that and $4.50 will get you to Denver by bus --
